Greetings from Carriage Stop B&B! We sincerely hope you navigated through the harsh winter months in good health. Many of us have suffered through illness and loss of friends and family. While we are not completely out of the woods yet, the worst is now behind us and we are looking forward to a beautiful summer.
lf you're ready to shake off those heavy bands, come visit us here at Carriage Stop B&B. Our pool is open and at last look, the thermometer was reading 85 degrees. We've had some early 90 degree weather which is fairly unusual for pre-Memorial Day weekend. So take advantage and book your reservations early. Hershey is up and running, scheduling their outdoor summer concerts. The Water Park at HersheyPark will soon open! I haven't gotten over there yet, but am excited to try out their latest roller coaster - Candymonium! The Roses are in full bloom at Hershey Gardens. The museums are all open and attracting spring tourists now.
Speaking of flowers, our many flower gardens here at Carriage Stop are showing off their blooms! Our Roses, Dianthus, Narcissus, Weigala, Mock Orange, Geraniums, Pokers, Columbine, Yarrow, Vinca, Foxglove and many more are blooming. Next up, Coneflowers, Bee Balm, Hydrangea, Stella Dora, Day Lillies, Crepe Myrtle, Yucca, Oriental Lillies, and Cleomes!
